Ibon Cormenzana
Ibon Cormenzana (Spain, 1972) graduated at Bentley College (Boston) in Business Administration and he worked as a financial consultant for five years within Arthur Andersen in Houston, London and Barcelona. He joined a number of scriptwriting, producing and directing courses in Rice University (Houston) and Panico Media Workshop (London). During 1996-1999 he wrote, directed and produced a number of short movies. In 2001, Ibon Cormenzana joints Ángel Durández, who was the leading European Media partner for Arthur Andersen, and they create Arcadia Motion Pictures. In 2005 they produced Eugenio Mira’s The Birthday, an English-language fantasy thriller which won many international fantasy festival awards. He also directed and produced in 2006, The Totenwackers, which was released in 2007 by Buenavista in Spain and sold to more than 15 countries worldwide by Filmax International.
